PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF DATA COLLECTION

The Upper-festival.com website collects anonymous standard data of the Google Analytics application, such as access to the website, a channel to reach the user on the Upper-festival.com website, time spent on the website, the country from which the website was accessed, the sex of the user and the language used by the person visiting the website. The above data is collected for purposes of analyzing the effectiveness of the Upper Festival website.

Data for these purposes will be processed on the basis of art. 6 par. 1 lit. B), c), and f) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC called hereinafter "RODO"

After expressing separate consent, pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 lit. a) RODO data may also be processed for the purpose of sending commercial information by electronic mail in connection with Art. 10 para. 2 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services.

If it is necessary to deliver the order, personal data may be made available to postal operators or carriers only to deliver the order (contract or other materials sent by post). Transaction data, including personal data, may be transferred to the electronic payment operator selected by the Customer in the process of placing the Order, to the extent necessary to service the payment for the Order. Personal data processed for purposes related to the preparation of a specific offer, analysis of the loan agreement, development contract, service order will be processed for the period necessary to perform the contract and order, each offer or analysis of the loan agreement, development contract, after which the data subject to archiving will be stored for competent for the limitation of claims, i.e. 10 years. Personal data processed for marketing purposes covered by the consent statement will be processed until the consent is revoked.

If it is found that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

Providing personal data is voluntary, but the provision of marked personal data is a condition for signing the contract of mandate, while the consequence of their failure will be the inability to send contracts for analysis.

The administrator takes special care to protect the interests of the data subjects, and in particular ensures that the data collected by him are:

  • processed in accordance with the law,
  • collected for specified, legitimate purposes and not subject to further processing incompatible with those purposes,
  • substantially correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed and stored in a form enabling the identification of data subjects, no longer than it is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing

RIGHT TO CONTROL, ACCESS THEIR OWN DATA AND MAKE IMPROVEMENT

The data subject has the right to access their personal data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, data transfer rights, the right to raise objections, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing, which was carried out on substitutes consent before withdrawal. "COOKIES" FILES

The Service Provider's website uses "Cookies". No changes to the browser settings on the part of the Client is tantamount to consenting to their use.

The installation of "Cookies" is necessary for the correct provision of services on the Service Provider's website. The "Cookies" files contain information necessary for the proper functioning of the website, in particular those requiring authorization.

The website uses three types of "cookies": "session", "fixed" and "analytical"

"Session" cookies are temporary files that are stored in the Customer's end device until they leave the website.

"Permanent Cookies" files are stored in the Customer's terminal device for the time specified in the "Cookies" parameter parameters or until they are removed by the Service Recipient. "Analytical" cookies allow a better understanding of how the Customer interacts with the content of the Service Provider's website, it is better to organize his arrangement.

"Analytical" "Cookies" collect information about the manner of using the Store by the recipient, the type of website from which the Recipient was redirected, and the number of visits and time of the Customer's visit to the Service Provider's website. This information does not record specific personal data of the Customer, but it is used to develop statistics on the use of the Store.

The Service Recipient has the right to decide on the access of "Cookies" to his computer by selecting them in the window of his browser. Detailed information about the possibilities and ways of handling "Cookies" files are available in the software (web browser) settings

FINAL PROVISIONS

The administrator uses technical and organizational measures to ensure that personal data being processed is protected against hazards and categories covered, and in particular protects data against unauthorized access, unauthorized removal, processing in violation of applicable laws, and change, loss, damage or destruction.

The Service Provider provides the appropriate technical means to prevent the unauthorized persons from obtaining and modifying personal data sent electronically.

In matters not covered by this Privacy Policy, the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 shall apply accordingly. / WE (RODO) and other relevant provisions of Polish law.
